Pune, 11th August 2023: Celebrating an illustrious 75 years of molding future military leaders for the Indian Armed Forces, the National Defence Academy (NDA), under the theme “Forging Joint Military Leadership,” proudly presents WIZQUIZ – an All India Inter-School Quiz Competition.
This quiz competition aims to engage students from Class 9 to 12, creating awareness and interest among the upcoming generations of potential military leaders. The event will embrace a Hybrid Mode, featuring the initial three rounds conducted online, leading up to the Grand Finale scheduled at NDA on October 28, 2023.
NDA opened registrations for team participation in this competition from June 8 to August 8, 2023, and the response has been overwhelming, with over 9,000 teams participating from every corner of the nation. The first round of WIZQUIZ is set to take place online on August 12, 2023.
As the legacy of NDA, one of the premier military institutions in India, continues to thrive, events like WIZQUIZ underscore its commitment to fostering leadership, knowledge, and a spirit of healthy competition among the country’s youth. This initiative not only showcases the academy’s dedication to shaping the leaders of tomorrow but also serves as an opportunity for young minds to engage with the military ethos and principles that have guided NDA for 75 remarkable years.
