Pune: Six house burglaries have been reported in different parts of the Pune city. The thieves targeted the closed flats. In the first incident the thief broke the lock of the flat in Narhe area and entered inside and looted cash and 10 grams of gold jewellery worth Rs 41,000. Kavita Kuldeep Takwale (41) a resident of Narhe, Dhairi Road has filed a complaint in Sinhagad Road police station. This incident took place between July 22 and August 2.
In the another incident at Vadgaon a cash Rs 70,000 was stolen from the bedroom closet of house by breaking the lock of a closed house. Manik Narayan Bhokare (70) a resident of Vadgaon has filed a complaint in Sinhagad police station. The incident took place between August 1 and 2.
In the third incident, a family from Bibvewadi went to the village for religious darshan, when the thief broke the door of the house and entered in and stolen items worth Rs 30,000 including 4 grams of gold ornaments and cash from the locker of the iron cupboard. Madhuri Prakash Ostwal (43) a resident of Bibvewadi has lodged a complaint in the police station. The incident took place on August 2 between 3 pm to 5 pm.
In the fourth incident, thieves entered the house by breaking the lock of a house in the market area and looted valuables worth Rs 1,18,000 including 13 grams of gold ornaments and cash. In this case Vinayak Sanjay Chavan (30) a resident of Bibvewadi, Kondhwa Road has filed a complaint at Market Yard police station. The incident took place on August 2 between 12:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
In the fifth incident thieves broke the locks of two closed houses in the same society in Lonikalbhor area and looted cash and gold and silver jewellery worth Rs 67,500. Devidas Shamrao Kale (42) resident of Urli Devachi has lodged a complaint in Lonikalbhor police station in this matter. This incident took place between August 1 and August 2.
