Pune: Bhosari police have incarcerated a young man in an alleged photo morphing of his female colleague at the office. In this case, a victim woman filed a complaint on Thursday evening at around 5.30. p.m. at Bhosari Police Station.
The arrested individual in this case is identified as Sahil Yusuf Shaikh (24), and he is a resident of S.S.S. Colony, Dapodi. According to the police, the arrested individual and the complainant work in the safe office at Phugewadi, Kundannagar.
The complainant stated that Shaikh covertly stole pictures from her phone without her permission. After that, he obnoxiously morphed those photos. By placing the girl’s face on the naked woman’s body, the accused saved those pictures on his phone.
On Thursday evening, when the girl was working in the office, she saw those morphed photos on Shaikh’s phone. After that, she immediately filed a police complaint against the accused at Bhosari Police Station.
The police quickly filed a complaint against Shaikh under IPC 354 and 354(C) and detained him. Police Sub-Inspector Bhaskar is investigating further.
