Pune: FIR registered against Samast Hindu Aghadi President Milind Ekbote and Punyeshwar Punarnirman Samiti’s Kunal Kamble

PUNE: An FIR has been registered against Samast Hindu Aghadi President Milind Ekbote and three others at the Shivaji Nagar police station for agitating outside the PMC gate without taking permission. The incident took place on September 4 from 2 pm to 5 pm near the entrance of the main building of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).

An FIR has been registered against Samast Hindu Aghadi President Milind Ekbote, Kunal Someshwar Kamble of Punyeshwar Punarnirman Samiti Kasba Peth, Kiran Chandrakant Shinde, Vishal Dilip Pawar and others under sections 141, 142, 143,153, 109 and 188 of the IPC at the Shivaji Nagar police station. Police constable Dnyanesh Vishnu Mane of Shivaji Nagar police station lodged a complaint on Sunday.

According to the police, Samast Hindu Aghadi President Milind Ekbote, Kasba Peth Punyeshwar Punarnirman Samiti’s Kunal Someshwar Kamble and other accused had staged an agitation outside the entrance of the main building of PMC on September 4. However, they had not taken the permission. The accused held an agitation by illegally gathering a mob. The complaint states that provocative speeches were made which would create a rift between two communities and violated the order.
The Legal Officer (Class 1), Police Commissionerate, Pune has collected the details and registered an FIR. API Ahivale is carrying out further investigation.
