Pune: A woman burned her husband who was in live-in relationship with the help of accomplice

Pune: The woman with the help of her accomplice tried to burn her live-in partner by pouring kerosene on his body. The person died during the treatment.

In this matter, Additional Sessions Judge D. V. Kashyap granted conditional bail on a bond of Rs 15,000. Initially, Section 307 was imposed on the accused, but due to the death of the person section 302 has been implemented.

The name of the person who granted bail is Rajesh Baburao Jagtap. The name of the deceased is Mukesh Suresh Rajput.

The Yerwada police station on July 25 registered a case against the accused under section 302 (murder). As per the initial information a woman killed her husband who was in live-in relationship by pouring kerosene with the help of her accomplice .

In this case the court has accused and granted bail. On the behalf of the accused in court Adv. Vipul Dushing and Adv. Saurav Jaibhaye argued and they were helped by Adv. Mahesh Sakhre, Adv. Akash Chiche, Adv. Shailesh Kamble and Shashank Patil.
