Pune: While passing over the friend’s bullet, the bullet dashed into the goon’s bike so the goon started abusing him. When the fellow passenger on the bullet asked why he was abusing him so the goon in the fit of rage attempted to kill him by stabbing him with a sharp weapon.
In this matter, Gaurav Sambhaji Kakade (31) a resident of Someshwarwadi, Pashan was seriously injured and is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital. Accordingly, the Pune police have registered a case of attempted murder against Raj Manavatkar (20) a resident of Sanjay Gandhi Colony at Laman Tanda in Pashan and his friend. The incident took place in front of Shiv Shambho hotel near Someshwar Temple in Pashan on Wednesday at around 6:30 pm.
According to the information provided by the police, the complainant Gaurav Kakade has a milk business. The complainant was going home on the bullet of his friend Ajay Suravse. At that time, in front of Shiv Shambho hotel a bullet from Survase dashed the Activa two-wheeler of Raj Manavtakkar. On this, Raj and his friend started abusing loudly then the complainant asked why he was abusing him. On that, Raj asked that he know that he is the goon of the area. Raj took out a sharp weapon from his pocket and threatened that he would kill him. The complainant started running away. Seeing this even Ajay got scared and ran away dropping the bullet. Complainant fell while running and then Raj stabbed him in his ribs area. When the complainant started shouting for help the people gathered but Raj threatened them that if anyone comes ahead then he will not leave them. The people gathered near Ajay ran away. After some time the complainant’s brother Shubham admitted the complainant in the hospital.The complainant is undergoing treatment at AIIMS hospital in Aundh and the police went to the hospital and filed a complaint against the accused. A case of attempted murder has been registered against Raj Manavatakar and he has been arrested. Police sub-inspector Sonawane is investigating the case.
