Kolhapur, Jul 28 (UNI) Two youths were killed when their car plunged into a stream in Maharashtra’s Kolhapur district on Friday, police said.
According to the police, the accident occurred at Anaf-Khurd in Bhudargad tehsil when the victims were on their way to Gargoti town.
The driver apparently lost control and the car hurtled into the stream, which was flowing with flood water following heavy rainfall. both the teenagers were drowned.
After receiving information about the incident, police personnel from Bhudargad police station rushed to the spot and fished our the dead bodies of the two victims.
