Couple Spotted Engaging in Dangerous Riding Behavior on Moving Yamaha FZ Motorcycle

Dangerous and reckless riding on public roads has become a worrying trend in many cities. Despite efforts by authorities to address this issue, incidents of objectionable behavior on motorcycles continue to occur. Recently, another incident caught the attention of motorists and concerned citizens in the national capital.

On July 16th, a couple was spotted riding on the Outer Ring Road flyover in Delhi’s Mangolpuri. Motorists captured a video of the incident, which shows the woman sitting on the fuel tank of the Yamaha FZ motorcycle, facing the rider. The couple can be seen embracing each other while the woman is not wearing a helmet.

The video quickly spread on social media platforms, with many users expressing their concerns and calling for prompt action from the Delhi Police. In response, the police advised individuals to report such incidents through the official Sentinel App of Delhi Traffic Police, emphasizing the importance of citizen participation in maintaining road safety.

India, as one of the largest countries in the world, unfortunately witnesses bizarre incidents on its public roads from time to time. Similar incidents of couples riding in peculiar and dangerous manners have been captured in various parts of the country in recent years.

One such incident occurred in Goa back in 2015, where a couple from Madhya Pradesh engaged in similar reckless riding behavior. Pictures of their dangerous act went viral, and the Goa Police managed to track them down. The couple was issued a challan of Rs 1,000 for their hazardous riding on public roads.

It is important to highlight that performing stunts or engaging in dangerous riding behavior on public roads is illegal and poses serious risks to the individuals involved and others on the road. Violators can face imprisonment along with significant fines. Such activities can lead to accidents and other dangerous consequences.

It is crucial for individuals interested in practicing stunts or creating videos to do so in designated areas, such as race tracks or private properties. Public roads are meant for safe and responsible transportation, and engaging in dangerous riding behavior not only endangers lives but also undermines the importance of road safety regulations.

Authorities and citizens must work together to raise awareness about the risks associated with dangerous riding behaviors and enforce stricter measures to deter such actions. Creating a culture of responsible riding and adhering to traffic rules is essential to ensure the safety of everyone on the roads.
