Buldhana, July 25 (UNI) At least 10 passengers were injured when the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus overturned at Rajur Ghat in Buldhana district of Maharashtra on Tuesday, a senior police official said.
According to the official, the accident occurred on Tuesday morning at around 10 am when the bus carrying 56 passengers was going towards Buldhana from Malkapur.
The official further said that the brakes of the bus failed and it turned turtle when it was going up in the hilly Rajur Ghat area.
After being alerted, police rushed to the spot, and all the injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, he said.
Further investigation is underway, he added.
