Shivajinagar, 11th January 2024: The streets of Pune witnessed a vibrant protest led by the Youth Congress in front of Balgandharva auditorium, raising key demands for a fair investigation into the Talathi recruitment scam through a Special Investigation Team (SIT). Simultaneously, the protesters voiced their concerns about the limited seats in the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examination for the year 2024 across all cadres.
The Talathi recruitment scam has fueled discontent, prompting the Youth Congress to demand a rigorous SIT investigation to ensure accountability and transparency in the process. The protesters believe that a specialized team is crucial to uncover the truth and hold responsible parties accountable.
In addition to the demand for a comprehensive investigation, the Youth Congress is pushing for an increase in the number of seats in the MPSC 2024 examination.
