Pune: Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has released a significant announcement regarding the forthcoming winter session examinations, highlighting that engineering course exams will adhere to the previously communicated timetable.
The University Board has determined that the winter session examinations will be conducted following the Diwali festival. This decision encompasses degree programs within all faculties and also extends to examinations for law degree-level courses, encompassing the traditional arts, commerce, and science disciplines.
In recognition of the pressing need to cover the syllabus effectively within a restricted timeframe and mitigate the educational disruptions faced by students, the call for scheduling winter session examinations post-Diwali has garnered support across all academic levels. The winter session examinations for the 2023-24 academic year at affiliated colleges are scheduled to commence in phases, commencing from November 21.
