- Mumbai: Isolated rain is expected to begin on June 5, with a significant increase in rainfall from June 6 to June 8.
- Pune, Nanded, Satara: These regions should prepare for increased rainfall from June 5 to June 8.
- Other Regions: Excluding Mumbai and Konkan, 29 districts, including Khandesh, Vidarbha, and Marathwada, are likely to experience rain and thunderstorms from June 1 to June 3.

Despite the upcoming relief, temperatures are predicted to rise over the next two days. Humidity and hot weather will persist in seven districts of Konkan, including Mumbai, until June 1.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has confirmed the monsoon’s advance into North-East India and Kerala. The IMD projects that the monsoon will enter Maharashtra within the next ten days.
