Unauthorized Schools in Pune Rural Face Legal Action for Operating Without Permissions

Pune, 13th July 2023: The education department of Pune Zila Parishad has taken legal action against two private schools that have been operating without valid permissions in their jurisdiction. The two schools, namely Bliss Edify International School and Rudiment International School, located in Hinjewadi, were booked following an FIR filed by the ZP members.

According to the complaint, the schools have been running without valid permissions from the government for over a year. Despite lacking legal authorization, they have been admitting students and charging high fees. The violation came to light during an inspection conducted by the education department officials.

Bliss Edify International School had a total of 116 students enrolled, offering classes from Grade I to Grade VIII. Information regarding the admissions at Rudiment International School is currently awaited.

The police have registered a case against the officials of the schools, including the principals and owners. Further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
