Tuscan Estate Society Leads the Way with 104 kW Solar Project in Kharadi

On 12th March, a grand solar project became operational in Tuscan Estate society in Kharadi with a capacity of 104 kilowatts (kW).

As per further information shared by Tuscan Estate society, the society’s Solar Plant of 104 KW became operational from 12 March 2024. The plant will be fully functional, marking a significant milestone achieved in terms of energy conservation.

With an average monthly saving of Rs 2 Lakhs on the electricity bill, the society anticipates a yearly saving of Rs 24 Lakhs.

This endeavor not only establishes a valuable asset but also provides substantial saving opportunities for the years ahead. Moreover, it emphasizes their commitment to energy conservation and aligns with government initiatives promoting the adoption of solar systems in housing societies.

The society extends their gratitude to Solar Reach vendor & the MSEB team for their unwavering support in successfully completing this project within the designated timeframe.

The society anticipates saving around 80% of the electricity bill, thanks to the solar plant installation.

Abhijeet Thakre (Chairman), Kapil Sharma (Secretary), Ashish Saxena (Treasurer), Sarang Deshpande (Joint Chairman), Prashant, Society Facility Manager, Santosh, Operational Manager were present.

Recently, another solar project was commissioned at Skyscraper Co-operative Housing Society in Tathawade, with a capacity of 30 kilowatts (kW). The society is expected to save about 40 to 50 percent of the electricity bill in which about three and a half thousand units per month will be generated. Today, the society is getting a bill of Rs 1.5 to 2 lakh per month. In the next period, the electricity bill will surely have a positive impact because of the solar project.
