The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has unveiled the tentative exam dates for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams for the academic year 2023-2024. The announcement of these tentative dates aims to provide ample preparation time for schools, colleges, educators, and students alike, facilitating effective planning and study schedules.
As per the preliminary schedule shared by officials, the written examinations for the HSC students are expected to take place between February 21 and March 23, 2024. Simultaneously, the SSC written exams are tentatively scheduled to be held from March 1 to March 22, 2024.
It is important to note that the announced timetable is subject to change, and the final and confirmed timetable for the examinations will be released by the state board before the commencement of the exams. Students are urged to consult their respective schools and colleges for the confirmed schedule and not to rely on unofficial sources, such as forwarded messages on WhatsApp or other platforms.
The Maharashtra State Board emphasizes the significance of accurate and timely information, thereby discouraging students from relying on unverified sources for their examination details. To ensure authenticity and accuracy, it is advisable for students to obtain their exam schedules directly from their educational institutions.
In addition, stakeholders including students, parents, and educational institutions have been encouraged to provide their feedback and raise any concerns regarding the tentative exam schedule within a 15-day period. The state board has assured that all valid concerns and objections will be taken into consideration during the finalization of the exam timetable.
