Belagavi, August 12, 2023: Star Air, the aviation subsidiary of the Sanjay Ghodawat Group, is set to enhance its flight network by launching a new daily direct flight route between Belagavi and Pune, starting from October 31, 2023.
In a significant development, Belagavi Member of Parliament Iranna Kadadi held a productive meeting with officials from Star Air on Saturday. Following the meeting, MP Kadadi took to social media to announce the positive outcome of the discussion. He revealed that the officials of Star Air have finalized plans to commence a daily flight service connecting Belagavi and Pune, with operations scheduled to commence from October 31 of this year.
Star Air has been actively expanding its flight network, focusing on enhancing connectivity and convenience for passengers. With the addition of the Belagavi-Pune route, the airline will further contribute to improving regional air travel options for passengers in these cities.
Currently, Star Air operates flights to a total of nine destinations from Belagavi Airport. These include Bengaluru, Mumbai, Tirupati, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Surat, and Indore. The inclusion of the Belagavi-Pune route will not only enhance connectivity between the two cities but also provide passengers with a convenient and efficient mode of travel.
