Pune: In a shocking incident, an unclothed cadaver of a woman was found near the Waghere Building in Pimpri village on Sunday, December 17, at around 10:30 p.m. In this case, the Pimpri police arrested the woman’s husband following the complaint registered by the deceased woman’s father against him.
The accused husband, identified as Ajay Mohan Bidlan (32), is a resident of Subhashnagar, Pimpri. According to the complaint filed by the deceased woman’s father, Sujit Satpal Shille (49), the accused and her daughter are husband and wife.
Shille claimed in the police complaint that the accused had been persistently harassing his daughter because he suspected she was having an extramarital affair. Because of this, the accused had previously abused and assaulted the deceased woman. At the Pimpri police station, a woman filed a complaint in this respect against the accused. Enraged by this, according to Shille, Bidlan killed his wife by throttling her neck and gagging her mouth before flinging the body outside.
Accordingly, Pimpri police filed a complaint against the accused under IPC 302 and detained him. Meanwhile, local residents informed that the deceased woman had a beauty parlour shop in Pimpri Gaon, and the couple had just shifted a few months ago to Waghere Chawl to reside.
