Pune: Passenger’s Baggage Damaged, Airline Faces Criticism for Lack of Assistance

Pune, July 3, 2023: Abhishek, a passenger who recently traveled from Lucknow to Pune via Ahmedabad on May 20th, was left devastated when he discovered his check-in baggage in a completely destroyed condition upon arrival at Pune Airport. The luggage, including a brand new trolley and his daughter’s first trolley, had suffered irreparable damage. Despite filing a complaint at the airport, Abhishek claims that he has received no substantial support or updates from the concerned airline for the past two months.

Expressing his frustration and disappointment, Abhishek took to social media platform Twitter to share his harrowing experience. In his tweet, he mentioned the flight number as 6968/6335, the PNR as IMVYXV, and provided a complaint number, 6055759. Abhishek stated that despite filling out a form and being assured of a callback within four hours, he had not received any communication even after 72 hours.
