Pune police decision

The Pune police are in an alert mode after two most wanted terrorists were found in the city. It became clear that the two were staying in the city by renting a flat in Kondhwa without a leave and licence agreement. The Pune police have made it compulsory for the owner of the flat to provide information about his tenant and violation of this rule will lead to registration of an FIR against the flat’s owner.

The police have issued guidelines to housing societies. There are clear instructions that without police verification, the tenant should not be permitted to enter the building. If the verification is done online, then it is mandatory to give a copy to the police station. The Pune police have issued a circular regarding this.

Mohammad Imran Mohammad Yusuf Khan (23) and Mohammad Yunus Mohammad Yakub Saki (24) were arrested for stealing two-wheelers. Their aide Mohammad Shahnawaz (32) managed to escape. When they were questioned, the duo got scared. The police searched their house and many suspicious items were found. It became clear that both are accused in the Jaipur bomb blast case. The NIA was searching for them for 18 months and finally, they were found in Pune.
