Pune: The minor son of big builder Vishal Agarwal had reportedly crushed two mobike-born IT engineers in Kalyani Nagar under his father’s Porsche car. The juvenile was purportedly drunk at the time of incident.
The child in conflict with law (CCL) was then detained and taken to the Sassoon Hospital for a blood test. However, his blood samples were allegedly changed after bribing the staff in the hospital. Two doctors and a peon from the Sassoon Hospital and the CCL’s parents were arrested in this regard. They are currently in police custody.
Meanwhile, the police have got vital leads about the people involved in changing the CCL’s blood samples. It has been found that the changed blood samples belong to the CCL’s mother, Shivani Agarwal.
She is currently in police custody on the premises of the Faraskhana Police Station. Shivani has complained to the court that she cannot withstand the unhygienic conditions of the police custody.
Taking cognizance of her complaint, the court has directed her to file her complaint through her lawyer.
