Pune: In the Ambegaon Plateau of the Katraj area, a naked man molested the young woman by making obscene gestures while looking at her. Furthermore, the accused also threatened the victim’s sister-in-law. In this case, a complaint was lodged against the accused person at Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station.
According to the police, the accused, Hitesh Borashe, and the complainant live in the same society in the Ambegaon area. Yesterday morning, the accused young man went to the plaintiff’s house on the pretext of asking for keys to the terrace building to start water cocks. Appallingly, at that time, the plaintiff complained that the accused, being himself naked, made sexually abusive gestures while looking at her, causing embarrassment to her.
Furthermore, when a woman and her sister-in-law complained about the accused for this incident in the society office, the accused threatened the plaintiff’s sister-in-law. This incident took place in the Ambegaon plateau area in Haveli Taluka on Sunday, December 31.
On the basis of the plaintiff’s complaint, police filed a complaint against the accused under IPC 509, 504, and 506 and initiated a preliminary investigation into it. Assistant Police Inspector Kadam is leading the investigation.
