Pune, 6th August 2023: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) is poised to extend its concession scheme to encompass students attending coaching classes within the city. An official announcement detailing this development is anticipated to be unveiled on the occasion of Independence Day, August 15, by the Chairman and Managing Director of PMPML.
Under this forthcoming initiative, students enrolled in coaching classes will be eligible to obtain concession passes. The existing PMPML concession pass program offers reduced fares to students who present valid documentation from their respective colleges or schools. However, this scheme was not previously applicable to students attending coaching classes. The decision to include these students within the scope of the concession scheme was consequently made.
