Pune: Chandrakant Patil, Murlidhar Mohol interact with CAs

Pune: State Higher and Technical Minister Chandrakant Patil has said that CAs are one of the most influential sections in society who contribute to society’s development. Hence, the BJP is committed to solve their issues.

He was speaking at a programme ‘CA Samwad Road to Viksit Bharat’ organised by the Pune CA fraternity. Maha Yuti-BJP Lok Sabha candidate Murlidhar Mohol, Shashikant Barve, Rajesh Agrawal, Vivek Mathkari, Rekha Dhamankar, Shirish Kulkarni and noted CAs were present.

Patil said, “CAs are among those who contribute to society’s development. We are committed to solve their issues.”

He added, “When Devendra Fadnavis was the chief minister, an important decision was taken to audit co-operative societies by CAs. Traders were provided big relief by cancelling the LBT tax. If CAs bring to our notice such issues, we will respond positively. CAs should always keep in touch with the government to get their problems solved.”

Murlidhar Mohol said, “Prime Minister Modi ji worked for the country in the past 10 years. He never worked for himself. His priority is the last man in society. While doing this, he is making India a super power at the international level. It is his dream to make India the third largest economy in the world.”

He said, “Puneites are leading in all fields. I worked to solve citizens’ problems in the past five years. Considering the next 25 years, projects such as the new airport, the old airport, Metro railway expansion will have to be taken ahead. The CA fraternity also has many issues, which need to be addressed in Delhi. I will carry out the responsibility given by you.”

In the introductory speech, CA Dinesh Gandhi said, “CAs keep aloof from politics. They do not fight injustice done to them. Therefore, it is the need of the hour for all CAs to unite. We should put our might behind our representatives. Chandrakant Patil and Murlidhar Mohol always make themselves available for us. Hence, we should stand behind them.”
