Pune : The Oxford Golf League final match between AK Pune Lions vs Roaring Tigers Nagpur at Oxford Golf Resort was a tight affair. Pune Lions won the match and carved their name on the Oxford Golf Cup. Roaring Tigers Nagpur scored 9.5 points while Pune Lines scored 10.5 points to seal the victory. Captain Rajeev Pusalkar and vice-captain Andrew Pinto, Ronnak Jain, Sriram Subrahmanyam sealed the victory. , Vinay Aggarwal, Sachin Ranbhise, Dinesh Sood, Ramesh Kaushik, Satish Singh, Raj Dutta, Balraj Singh Parmar, Subhramaniam MK, Mikyung Jeong, Sujit Kakkad were participating in this team.
Anil Sevlekar of Oxford Golf Club and S.Golfing,s ,Aaditya Malpani presented the prestigious trophy to the winning team in such a spectacular ceremony.
Along with this, a prize of four lakhs was given. Ronak Jain, a player from the same team, got the title of the best player of the league.
The team Roaring Tigers became the runner-up. This team was awarded the second prize.
About eight teams from across the country participated in this league.

Fifteen players participated in one team.A total of 120 renowned players from all over the country participated in eight teams.The tournament was held at Oxford Golf Club, one of the most picturesque and well-equipped golf clubs in the country.This made the league very important.
