After a hiatus of four years, the Indian Cake Awards (ICA) have made a triumphant return, once again shining a spotlight on the vibrant world of cake artistry in India. This year’s event, held in the heart of Mumbai on October 7, celebrated the nation’s most exceptional cake creators and their remarkable skills.

Her achievements include crafting a 100 kg cake inspired by Milan’s iconic cathedral, creating the highest number of vegan royal icing structures, and fashioning a 200 kg edible Indian palace, also constructed from vegan royal icing. All these milestones have been duly recognized and recorded in the World Book of Records in London.

Meet the Artisan Behind the Masterpieces Originally hailing from Rewa in Madhya Pradesh, Prachi embarked on her educational journey in Dehradun and Kolkata. Today, she resides in Rahatani, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, alongside her husband, who is an IT specialist.

The Indian Cake Awards not only spotlighted the exceptional talents in the industry but also provided a face, a name, and an inspiring narrative to it.
