In anticipation of the auspicious occasion of Shiv Jayanti on Monday, 19th February 2024, Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has introduced a special bus service to facilitate devotees traveling from Bhosari to Junnar. The initiative will run from 17th to 19th February, aligning with the fervor of the Shiv Jayanti celebrations.
The dedicated bus service will adhere to the following schedule:
From Bhosri:
- Departure at 5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:00 PM.
From Junnar:
- Departure at 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 5:30 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:30 PM, 10:00 PM.
Shiv Jayanti celebrations occur annually on 19th February in Junnar Taluka, the birthplace of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Devotees gather at this auspicious location to commemorate the occasion with joy and reverence.
To ensure the convenience of travel for devotees during this significant celebration, PMPML has extended its support by providing a dedicated bus service. Commuters are urged to utilize public transportation to not only ease their journey but also contribute to managing traffic effectively.
