PMPML Takes Initiative to Address Passenger Concerns with “Pravasi Divas” in Pune

Pune, 11th July 2023: Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML), under the leadership of its newly elected Chairman and Managing Director, has taken a significant step towards improving the public transport service in the city. PMPML has announced the organization of “Pravasi Divas” twice a month at every bus depot to listen to passenger complaints and gather feedback.

The “Pravasi Divas” will be held on the second and fourth Friday of each month, from 3 pm to 5 pm, according to PMPML officials. The objective is to provide passengers with a platform to voice their concerns, offer suggestions, and provide feedback to enhance the quality of the public transport service. This initiative aims to create an open and transparent communication channel between the passengers and PMPML authorities.

Passengers who are unable to visit the respective PMPML depot to lodge complaints or submit feedback have been encouraged to reach out to the PMPML headquarters at Swargate on any day that suits their convenience. This flexibility ensures that passengers have multiple avenues to share their experiences and contribute to the improvement of the transport service.

PMPML has urged passengers to actively participate in the “Pravasi Divas” and take advantage of this opportunity to provide valuable insights. The feedback received during these sessions will be carefully evaluated by PMPML officials, who will then work towards implementing necessary measures to address the concerns and enhance the overall passenger experience.

By organizing regular “Pravasi Divas,” PMPML demonstrates its commitment to engaging with the community it serves. This initiative not only empowers passengers to express their grievances but also encourages a collaborative approach towards creating a more efficient and customer-oriented public transport system in Pune.
