This innovative move is expected to streamline attendance tracking, enabling the identification of latecomers and ensuring compliance with work schedules. The new attendance system is currently in effect across all PMPML offices and bus depots.
Embracing Digital Solutions for Attendance Monitoring
The PMPML has empowered its employees with the option to scan QR codes using the ‘RTMS Cargo FL’ mobile application, and marking attendance through this QR code mechanism is now mandatory for all, including officers. This technological innovation will facilitate PMPML officials in tracking the arrival and departure times of employees for their work shifts.
Salaries Tied to Modernized Attendance System
Chairman and Managing Director of the PMPML have announced that salaries will be calculated based on attendance records collected through this advanced system. This measure ensures that salaries are aligned with employees’ punctuality and adherence to duty hours.
