PMPML Announces Diversion of Bus Routes on August 1 in Pune

Pune, July 29, 2023: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has informed the public that certain bus routes in the city will be changed on August 1, 2023, due to the birth anniversary celebrations of Lokshahir Annabhau Sathe.

According to the information provided, the following bus route numbers will be diverted: 2, 2A, 3, 4, 10, 11, 11A, 11K, 12, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 26, 28, 30, 37, 38, 42, 47, 50, 52, 52A, 64, 64M, 66, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 78, 89, 90, 103, 111, 117, 118, 118A, 199, 216, 227, 227A, 231, 232, 233, 233A, 233B, 294, 295, 297, 298, 299, 339, 354.

The diversion of these bus routes will take place from Lakshmi Narayan Talkies to Mitra Mandal Chowk, Sarasbagh in the afternoon, if the road is blocked at Jedhe Chowk, Sarasbaug. Additionally, in case the road at the Nataraj bus stand in Swargate is closed, buses departing from the stand will temporarily depart from Khandoba Mandir, Parvati Paytha. Once the road is reopened, buses will resume their regular departure from the Nataraj bus stand.

PMPML has requested commuters to take note of these changes in the bus routes on August 1, 2023, and cooperate with the PMPML during the diversion. It is essential for the smooth conduct of the birth anniversary celebrations and to ensure the convenience of the public during this time.
