Pune: Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) achieved a significant milestone by recording its highest-ever single-day revenue of Rs 2 crores 4 lakhs on Monday, August 7. This exceptional achievement marks the highest daily collection since the inception of PMPML.
The steady surge in passenger numbers has played a pivotal role in attaining this remarkable record. The concerted efforts of depot managers, guardian officers, drivers, and conductors have contributed to delivering improved services, ultimately resonating with the commuting public.
“We attribute this achievement to the consistent hard work put in by our depot managers, guardian officers, drivers, and conductors. Their dedication to providing better services has allowed us to break this revenue record,” stated PMPML officials.
The accomplishment underscores PMPML’s unwavering commitment to ensuring safe and reliable transportation for all passengers. Earlier, PMPML introduced a metro feeder bus service to establish seamless connectivity between metro stations and various parts of the city, further enhancing the overall travel experience for residents and commuters.
