In a delightful display of budding tennis talent, Pune is all set to witness the PMDTA Ranking Aces Sports Arena Bronze Series Tennis Tournament, organized by the Pune Metropolitan District Tennis Association (PMDTA) and supported by ICON. The tournament, scheduled to take place at Aces Sports Arena, Opp Boston School, from March 2 to March 4, 2024, has garnered an impressive participation of 131 players in the boys and girls under 8 and 10 age groups.
Tournament Director Hozaifa Hakim expressed enthusiasm about the event, stating, “We are thrilled to see such a remarkable response from young tennis enthusiasts. The tournament aims not only to foster healthy competition but also to provide a platform for these budding players to showcase their skills and passion for the sport.”
Supervisor Sardar Thakur will oversee the proceedings, ensuring fair play and adherence to tournament regulations. The winners of each category will be awarded a trophy along with certificates to commemorate their achievements.
