In an exciting development for sports enthusiasts in Wakad, Pimpri Chinchwad, a state-of-the-art badminton facility was inaugurated on February 9. This facility, located near Pristine Prolife behind Phoenix Mall, is expected to significantly contribute to the local community.
Rahul Kalate, a key advocate for the facility, expressed his gratitude, stating, “I have been consistently following up for the past few years. It was the result of the efforts and support of the residents that an international standard badminton facility could be built in the area for the benefit of the residents.”
The residents and players of Wakad played a crucial role in making this facility a reality through their continuous efforts and support. The new badminton facility is anticipated to serve as a hub for sports enthusiasts and provide a platform for nurturing talent in the region.
