Legal Tangle for Youth Congress VP: Black Flag Display to Deputy CM’s Convoy Sparks Police Case

In a recent development in Pune, Muralidhar Siddharam Budharam, the 30-year-old Vice President of the Vadgaon Sheri Assembly Constituency of Youth Congress, finds himself in legal trouble. The Yerwada Police Station has registered a case against Budharam following an incident where black flags were displayed to the convoy of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

The case stems from an official complaint filed by Police Constable Anirudh Jaybhaye at the Yerwada police station. The incident reportedly took place two days ago during Fadnavis’s visit to Pune for an event. As the convoy was leaving the Yerwada area, Budharam, allegedly, attempted to block the convoy and displayed black flags to the fleet.

The Yerwada police have initiated an investigation into the matter, with Police Sub-Inspector Patil leading the inquiry. The case against Budharam raises questions about the intentions behind the demonstration and its potential implications. As the investigation progresses, more details will emerge, shedding light on the circumstances surrounding this incident.
