In a shocking incident that transpired at Poona Diagnostic Center located on Somji Chowk in Kondhwa, three individuals, including the owner of a Medico lab, have been apprehended by the Kondhwa police for their involvement in a violent attack and vandalization. The incident unfolded on October 23, around 9:40 pm, causing significant distress in the area.
An Aggressive Confrontation
According to the police report, the accused forcibly entered the Poona Diagnostic Center, where they reportedly engaged in acts of vandalism and physically assaulted a lab worker, resulting in serious injuries. The owner of Poona Diagnostic Center swiftly lodged a formal complaint with the Kondhwa police, providing a detailed account of the violent events.
Unveiling a Business Dispute
Subsequent investigations by the police unveiled that the origins of this assault and vandalism were rooted in a business dispute between the complainant and the accused parties. The nature of this dispute was related to their respective lab enterprises, which escalated into a violent confrontation.
In response to the official complaint, the Kondhwa police acted swiftly, leading to the apprehension of the three individuals directly involved in the criminal acts. Among those arrested, the owner of Medico Lab and two other individuals connected to the incident.
