With an extensive background spanning over 15 years in the industry, Sood brings a wealth of experience from renowned brands such as Marriott, The Leela, The Trident, and The Claridges. His most recent role was as the Front Office Manager for JW Marriott Sahar, Mumbai.
In his new capacity, Sood will take charge of 198 keys at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune. His responsibilities will extend to spearheading and overseeing various verticals, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. Sood emphasizes the importance of adaptability, flexibility, and proactive solutions to recognize and enhance customer experiences, believing these factors play a crucial role in creating lasting guest relationships.
