In a momentous event on December 12, 2023, the “Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” was launched at Rajmata Jijau Udyan on Kunal Icon Road in Pimple Saudagar. The inauguration, graced by Corporator Nirmala Kute, marked a significant step towards inclusive development and was initiated under the guidance of B.J.P. City President Shankar Jagtap, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision.
The visionary program aims to provide citizens with free access to government services offered by central, state, and municipal bodies. The initiative kicked off in Ward No. 28 of Pimpri Chinchwad city, specifically in the areas of Pimple Saudagar and Rahatani.
Approximately 400 men and 380 women from the region have already benefited from the program, which included various services provided at Rajmata Jijau Garden and Annasaheb Magar Secondary School in Ward No. 28.
Key figures present at the inauguration ceremony included Corporator Nirmala Kute, Medical Officer Dr. Salvi Madam, Mr. Amol Patil, Junior Engineer Gavane, and Medical Officer Dr. Vikalp Bhoi. The collaborative effort signifies a promising stride towards building a more empowered and connected community.
