The affected girls, aged 7 and 2, both related, became victims of the hit-and-run as the fully loaded school bus took an unexpected U-turn. Quick action from onlookers and passersby saved the girls from the perilous situation, pulling them away from the bus’s tires and promptly transporting them to the hospital.
