These funds will be sourced from banks or authorized financial institutions, providing a key highlight to the initiative.
Expert Committee for Seamless Services: To ensure seamless services under RISE, a specialized committee of experts has been assembled. This committee comprises architects Manoj Tatuskar and Vikas Achalkar of A&T Consultants, Abhijit Kenjale, Adv Udaykumar Kulkarni, Adv. Shripad Khurjekar, Parag Chopra from Pune District Co-operative Housing Society, and Suhas Patwardhan, President of Apartment Federation.
