Minister Patil, in a moment of inspiration, announced an upcoming forts campaign dedicated to the winners of the ‘Build a Fort’ competition, aligning with the enduring legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s formidable forts.
Patil underscored the vital role of imparting Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s ideologies to the younger generation, emphasizing the need to instill an understanding of his monumental work. In a commitment to this cause, he revealed plans for a future campaign centered around forts, exclusively organized for the talented winners of the fort-building competition.
The prize distribution ceremony, graced by the presence of BJP City President Dhiraj Ghate, BJP State Spokesperson Sandeep Khardekar, State Secretary Advocate Varsha Dahale, and several other dignitaries, celebrated the creative prowess of the fort builders. Chandrakant Patil, in recognition of the organizer’s efforts, presented a watch to Suchit Deshpande.
During the event, the children present passionately urged Minister Patil to organize a Kite Festival on Makar Sankranti. Responding affirmatively, Patil not only accepted the suggestion but also announced the festival’s venue to be Kothrud. He encouraged enthusiasts to register through the BJP Kothrud Office and his Public Relations Office, extending an open invitation to all.
