PUNE: The former police commissioner of Pune, Rashmi Shukla, is going to depose before the Koregaon Bhima Commission which is probing the violence at Koregaon Bhima.
Former SP of Pune Rural Police Suvez Haque, who was in charge when the riots took place, will depose on September 13 and 14. Later, Rashmi Shukla is going to depose on September 14 and 15. Later, former Joint CP Ravindra Kadam will depose on September 15.
Vachit Bahujan Aghadi’s Ad Prakash Ambedkar had deposed a few days ago and his remaining deposition will take place later.
An FIR had been registered against Rashmi Shukla during the reign of MVA government for tapping phones of political leaders. After the change in the government, she got a relief. After this incident, she is going to visit Pune for the first time to depose before the commission.
