Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst will be to deliver SAP ABAP Finance solutions that effectively support Deloitte US Member Firm operations. This role involves not only the implementation of SAP solutions but also the design and deployment of customized products and intricate workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with strategic goals, performance standards, reliability, control, and security requirements.
- Coordinate efforts with various internal resources, including Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, and Transport Management, to ensure the successful execution of system enhancements and fixes.
- Execute SAP FICO Configuration as needed.
- Offer consistent support for daily CTC operations and provide timely resolutions for third-level support activities.
- Be available for around-the-clock support as required, including participation in the on-call rotation.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or MBA, or equivalent masters in finance.
- 4-5 years of expertise in SAP FI and CO Modules as a Functional Consultant.
- Proficiency in working with S/4 system.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP FI, CO modules in IMG based on business requirements.
- Prior experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of FI/CO with HR, SD, or MM module.
- Working knowledge of CO-Cost elements, cost center, Activity type, Profit center, and Project systems.
- Familiarity with setting batch jobs and Period End/Year End Closing processes.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Ability to analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and maintain data mapping documents.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in FICO modules.
- Working knowledge of PS module (optional).
- Working knowledge of SAP CATS Module and configurations.
- Working knowledge of SAP HCM Module.
- Experience in SAP Gateways (preferred but not mandatory).
