Organized by the Department of Hospital Administration at AFMC, this two-day event, held from September 14 to 15, 2023, united a diverse community of medical professionals, legal experts, and scholars to delve into the intricate intersections of medical practice, law, and ethics.

The Director and Commandant of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Lt Gen Narendra Kotwal, SM, VSM, extended a warm welcome to the esteemed dignitaries, including the Chief Guest, Lt Gen Arindam Chatterjee, AVSM, VSM, DGMS (Army) & Col Comdt, Prof (Dr) Shakti Kumar Gupta, Executive Director & CEO, AIIMS, Jammu, Former DGAFMS Gen NK Parmar, and Former DGMS (Air) Air Marshal Pawan Kapoor.
