Pune, Maharashtra – The Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in Pune, renowned for its unwavering dedication to excellence in medical education, recently concluded a highly successful Continuing Medical Education (CME) event titled “HEAL – 2023 on Legal and Ethical Issues in Healthcare.”
Organized by the Department of Hospital Administration at AFMC, this two-day event, held from September 14 to 15, 2023, united a diverse community of medical professionals, legal experts, and scholars to delve into the intricate intersections of medical practice, law, and ethics.
The Director and Commandant of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Lt Gen Narendra Kotwal, SM, VSM, extended a warm welcome to the esteemed dignitaries, including the Chief Guest, Lt Gen Arindam Chatterjee, AVSM, VSM, DGMS (Army) & Col Comdt, Prof (Dr) Shakti Kumar Gupta, Executive Director & CEO, AIIMS, Jammu, Former DGAFMS Gen NK Parmar, and Former DGMS (Air) Air Marshal Pawan Kapoor.
