This ambitious project is set to be established in the vibrant locales of Baner and Balevadi, Pune.
The selected private entity will play a pivotal role in this healthcare venture, shouldering the responsibilities of designing, building, financing, and constructing the hospital. Once completed, it will also oversee the commissioning and initial operation of the facility. The designated private entity will be engaged in this endeavor for an initial period of 30 years under a concession agreement, ensuring the seamless functioning of this healthcare institution.
The scope of work for this project is both extensive and comprehensive. It encompasses not only the construction of the hospital infrastructure but also includes the procurement and installation of essential furniture and fixtures. The hospital will be equipped with the latest state-of-the-art medical equipment, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care. In addition to this, the private entity will be responsible for supplying and managing cutting-edge IT solutions to facilitate efficient hospital operations.
Furthermore, the security, maintenance, and facility management of the hospital will be under the purview of the selected private entity, ensuring the safety and well-being of both patients and staff.
