Pune: Allrounders from the 42nd Junior State Kho Kho Championship (Boys and Girls) 2022-23 were awarded an e-bike each by Punit Balan Group. The tournament was played in Roha, district Raigad recently.

Ashwini Shinde from Dharashiv and Rupesh Kondalkar from Thane were awarded the e-bikes. Both were handed over the e-bikes by Punit Balan Group President and Young Entrepreneur Punit Balan, who had announced during the inauguration of the tournament that e-bikes would be presented to the two best players from the competition.

Punit Balan Group has been consistently encouraging young players. Many athletes from different disciplines have been adopted by the Punit Balan Group. Their entire sports career’s responsibility has been taken by the Group. They include promising and talented players, who are supported by Punit Balan Group to fulfill their career needs.

“If one appreciates the talent among athletes and helps them at an appropriate time, they gain the confidence that someone is standing behind them, which helps in improving their performance. This award was given out of this thinking. I am confident that these young players will make our State and India proud in the field of sports in the future.”
