In a heart-wrenching incident that unfolded near Somatane Phata on the old Pune-Mumbai highway, two individuals were left with severe injuries. The local police, responding swiftly to the emergency, promptly transported them to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care. This unfortunate incident occurred during the early hours of a Wednesday morning.
As per initial reports, the accident transpired between a car and a scooter, both traveling along the Mumbai-bound lane. The collision resulted in grave injuries to the occupants of the scooter. Authorities from the Talegaon Dabhade police station were dispatched to the scene immediately to investigate the incident further.
