Pune, India: In commemoration of the Bombay Sappers War Memorial’s illustrious 100-year history, Fitistan-Ek Fit Bharat proudly presents a marathon that invites participants to traverse the historic BEG Centre Dighi Hills in Pune. Against the backdrop of the lush Dighi hills and Gurnam Lake, runners will navigate soft ground alongside soldiers, creating a truly unique and memorable event.
A Historic Marathon: Taking place on the soft trails within BEG Centre Dighi Hills, the marathon offers a rare opportunity to run in the footsteps of soldiers. The routes for the half marathon, 10 km, and 5 km races wind through the scenic Gurnam Lake and forest trails near BEG Centre, providing both a picturesque and challenging experience.
