Amravati – Pune and Badnera – Nashik: Central Railway’s Festive Train Services

As the festive season approaches, Central Railway has unveiled plans to operate 36 special festival train services on the Amravati – Pune and Badnera – Nashik routes. These additional trains are introduced to accommodate the anticipated surge in passengers during this joyous period.

Amravati – Pune MEMU Services (8 Trips)

Commencing on November 5, 2023, and extending until November 19, 2023, Train No. 01209 MEMU Special will depart from Amravati every Sunday and Wednesday at 12.40 hrs. This train will reach Pune at 02.45 hrs the following day. On Thursdays and Mondays within the same period, Train No. 01210 MEMU Special will depart from Pune at 06.35 hrs and arrive in Amravati at 19.50 hrs on the same day. These trains will make stops at key stations along the route, including Amravati, Badnera, Akola, Malkapur, Bhusawal, Jalgaon, Manmad, Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Daund Chord Line, Uruli, Hadapsar, and Pune.

Badnera – Nashik MEMU Services (28 Trips)

For travelers between Badnera and Nashik, Train No. 01211 MEMU Special will depart daily from Badnera at 11.05 hrs, starting from November 6, 2023, until November 19, 2023. This train will reach Nashik at 19.40 hrs on the same day. Likewise, Train No. 01212 MEMU Special will depart daily from Nashik at 21.15 hrs during the same period and reach Badnera at 04.35 hrs the following day. Stops along this route include Badnera, Murtazapur, Akola, Shegaon, Nandura, Malkapur, Bhusawal, Jalgaon, Pachora, Chalisgaon, Nandgaon, Manmad, Lasalgaon, Niphad, and Nashik.

All the special festival trains will consist of 8-car MEMU rake, ensuring a comfortable and efficient travel experience for passengers. These additional services aim to provide a convenient travel option for passengers seeking to visit loved ones or explore new destinations during the festive season. Central Railway encourages passengers to take advantage of these special services to ensure a safe and joyful travel experience during the upcoming festivals.
