Pimpri Chinchwad : In an appalling incident at Mahindra Anthea, an upscale society in Pimpri Chinchwad, a society secretary faced a brutal assault by a fellow member and four unidentified individuals. The shocking incident, captured on CCTV, unfolded on March 2 around noon, leading to serious injuries for the victim, Sagar Shivaji Killekar.
The assailant, identified as Ketan Yashwant Thorat, allegedly called upon goons to attack the society secretary following a minor dispute, resulting from Thorat’s illegal parking of a four-wheeler. The altercation escalated, with Thorat reportedly using sticks, metal rods, punches, and kicks against Killekar. The assault left Killekar with severe injuries on his head, face, stomach, and limbs.
The dispute originated when Killekar, in his capacity as society secretary, issued a notice to Thorat regarding the illegal parking violation. However, the situation quickly devolved into a violent confrontation, highlighting the escalating tensions within the society.
