Mumbai – Legasis, a prominent Legaltech firm in India, is pleased to announce the appointment of Arijit Sen as its new Chief Business Officer. This strategic move underscores Legasis’ commitment to strengthening its leadership team and enhancing its position in the Legaltech industry.
Arijit Sen brings to the table an impressive track record with over two decades of diverse experience spanning Operations, Customer Experience (CX), Product Management, Profit & Loss (P&L) management, Business Incubation, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Technology Platform Management. His extensive career has spanned various sectors, including Banking (Retail & Private), Information Technology (IT), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Media, and Consulting, with roles at renowned organizations such as American Express, ICIC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Future Group.
In his previous role as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Process Reengineering and Service Quality at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Arijit Sen exhibited his prowess in streamlining operations and enhancing service quality. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Future Sharp Skills, a joint venture between Future Group and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Arijit’s entrepreneurial spirit also led him to establish AlterEGO, a boutique consulting and implementation firm focused on accelerating Social Enterprises.
Arijit Sen holds a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Sciences and is an alumnus of the prestigious Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Leadership program at the University of Cambridge.
Arijit Sen’s appointment is a strategic move by Legasis to leverage his profound understanding of Products, Platforms, and People across digital, marketing, and Customer Experience domains. In his new role, he will spearhead Business Growth and Customer Support initiatives across all product lines. Additionally, Arijit will assume the responsibilities of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Legasis, orchestrating enterprise-level synergies for Customer 360.
Based at the corporate office in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, Arijit Sen will play a pivotal role in driving Legasis’ business objectives and strengthening its position as a leader in Legaltech solutions.
