A groundbreaking solution to Delhi’s persistent parking challenges unfolded as Mayor Dr. Shaili Oberoi and Deputy Mayor Aaley Mohammed Iqbal inaugurated an automated car parking facility at the Community Hall in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar.

Capacity and Design: The multi-level parking structure accommodates 81 cars, distributed across two modules with a capacity of 25 cars each and one module for 31 cars. The first two levels cater to 26 SUVs, while the rest are designed for 55 sedans.

Automation and Efficiency: Fully automated, the system eliminates the need for manual intervention, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free parking experience. The facility boasts an impressive average parking time of approximately 150 seconds.

Area and Cost: Spanning 750 square meters, the project was completed at a total cost of ₹13.47 crores. The investment signifies a commitment to enhancing urban infrastructure and resolving chronic parking problems.
